Lens of Truth

I know what you’re thinking: What the heck is that thing in that picture? Well, it’s a Lens of Truth. I know it’s not top-notch quality, but I think it actually looks pretty decent. With some creativity, you might want to use some purple see-through paper to replace the purple circles that you print out.

The Lens of Truth is an artifact that lets Link see “the truth”, and is found in Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask. The Lens of Truth allows the user to see the truth; that is, to see things that are not normally visible to the naked eye. It shows which walls, floors and objects are fake, and it allows the user to see things such as invisible ladders, platforms, enemies and ghosts. Be warned, as it drains Magic Power over time (although if you set the lens to a button, then tap the button repeatedly and it will not drain your magic).

Anyway, here’s the papercraft. Have fun!

hm… just from looking at the template, I can already tell there’s going to be a problem with the “eyelashes.” the tabs are too big, they won’t fit under the part they’re supposed to go under. they can be trimmed I suppose.
