Skyward Sword Link Assembly(by SS)

Postby TheSkywardSword100 » 26 Jul 2013, 22:24

I will be building Skyward Sword Link by PaperJuke. I can't wait to start! It's so exciting! :paint: I've had the right boot colored for a while . So I think this will be the build order: boots, pants, bottom of the tunic, tunic, sleeves, left arm, right arm, hat, hair, head, neck, collar, sheath, sword, shield, and whatever the things are in the back(I posted a picture of them). Wish me luck! :D

I think those might go under the sleeves. I don't know why you would build that, it's not even edited (If it is it is unnoticeable)

Well I think it's perfectly buildable; it's supposed to be high-poly; it's from Skyward Sword. And download it and look at the .pdo. Thenmake your decision on if you think it's edited or not; you can't judge it on a screenshot from the back. http://rapidshare.com/files/1902937710/Papercraft%20Link.rar

I saw that back when it was released, and i know the difference between unedited and hi-poly. This is unedited, and i have the original files to prove it

Show me his model. And if you're talking about this one, then there's no comparison; completely different models. And I don't think it necessarilyImage needs to be edited like you're saying; I think it can be built. But then again, you're waymore experienced than I am, and you know your stuff.

I'm not at all saying it's unbuildable, i just say you'd better go for a better edited craft for easier building, better results and less cuts on the finished craft (edges)

Well thanks for the advice, but I'm going to build this; I REALLY want to! Yes, it looks hard, but I am going to be building easier models at the same time(mostly Skyward Sword, maybe that one ;) ). And if you mean ink coming off, I don't have to worry about that; I have to color mine with pencils myself. :)

Not what i meant, i mean that every craft you build will have the outline of the parts. Less parts = Less cuts and outlines.

Btw i am planning on making my own SS link

I'm almost done with the boot. I'll have a picture up soon I hope.

I'm really proud of myself so far. On to the left boot and the packs!
